Frequently Asked Questions
Standard international shipments usually clear customs and deliver within 5-7 business days. Express shipments are priority cleared and deliver within 1-3 days globally via our air network.
TransGlo operates under strict compliance. If paperwork is missing, the tracker will display "Customs Hold". You will need to contact our clearance division by submitting a ticket with your commercial invoice.
We use the standard divisor of 5000. Calculation: Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 5000. If the volumetric weight exceeds actual weight, the volumetric weight becomes the billable weight.
